Annual Base Pay. During your employment with the Company, you will be entitled to receive, under the Credit Incentive Plan to be adopted by the Company (the “CIP”), cash payments at the rate of $1,200,000 per year (the “Base Pay”), which amounts shall be paid in monthly installments. All amounts payable hereunder are subject to withholding, if applicable, in accordance with law.

Any employees hired on or after July 1, 2021 are not entitled to this retro-active pay. The above scale shall not affect a fire fighter's qualification to take a promotional exam or be promoted, provided that the fire fighter has completed three years of service in the University Heights Fire Department prior to the examination.
Annual Base Pay. The Annual Base Pay of Executive is currently seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000). For as long as this Agreement is effective, the Board shall review Executive's annual base pay at least annually and may, in its discretion, increase but not decrease Executive's Annual Base Pay.

Annual Base Pay. During your employment with the Company, your base salary from and after January 1, 2018 shall be at the rate of $100,000, which amount shall be paid in monthly installments. All amounts payable under the Agreement (as modified by this Amendment) are subject to withholding, if applicable, in accordance with law. You shall no longer be entitled to receive a non-discretionary Annual Bonus or amounts in respect thereof but shall be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.

At least sixty (60) days prior to July 1, 2017, the parties will meet to negotiate a new Agreement in accordance with Article XXIII. If the parties are not able to reach agreement on contractual provisions, they will submit the unresolved issues to the dispute resolution processes as set forth in Article XXIII of this Agreement. This decision shall be discretionary and non-grievable. In the event an employee is hired at the Step 2 rate, such employee would move to the top step after 1 year (12 months).

Annual Base Pay. 15.1 The annual base salary adjustments for Firefighter Cadets, Firefighters, Fire Assistant Drivers, Fire Drivers, Fire Captains, Fire District Chiefs, Deputy Fire Chiefs/Fire Marshal, and Assistant Fire Chief shall be as follows: (a) Effective upon ratification of this Agreement and approval by City Council, the annual base pay shall be increased by three percent (3.0%), effective June 1, 2023, for all ranks as illustrated in the table below. Annual Base Pay. The annual base pay of Executive will be three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000), less standard withholdings and deductions, payable in accordance with the Company's standard payroll procedures. Executive will be considered for changes in base salary in accordance with Company policy and subject to review and approval by the Board.
