Annual Convention Clause Samples

The Annual Convention clause establishes the requirement for a regular, typically yearly, meeting of the members or stakeholders of an organization. This clause outlines when and how the annual convention is to be held, who is entitled to attend, and the types of business or decisions that may be addressed during the meeting, such as elections, financial reports, or policy updates.
