ANNUAL INCREMENT. (1) The Co-operative and the Union shall negotiate on the annual increment annually. The date of the annual increment shall be 1st April of every year. (2) The Co-operative and the Union agree to set aside up to 10% of the total basic salary as the monthly variable component (MVC).
