Common use of Annual Monitoring Reports Clause in Contracts

Annual Monitoring Reports. for the Replacement LDP will be submitted to Welsh Government by the 31st October each year following adoption. These will cover the previous financial year – i.e. running to the 31st March in the same year and looking back a year from then (i.e. to 1st April in the previous year). The reports will be published to the Authority’s web-site and key issues will feed into review of the Plan. Exceptionally, issues identified in an Annual Monitoring Report may prompt an early review of the Plan, either in part or whole.
