Annual Notification of Assignment for Next School Year. A Member will be notified in writing within five (5) work days prior to the end of school or as soon as reasonably practicable of the Member’s specific assignment and, to the extent possible, major extra duty assignments for the coming school year. Should a scheduling or staffing change occur during the summer that necessitates a change in an employee’s announced assignment, he/she shall be notified in writing.
