Annual Progress Report. The State must submit to CMS an Annual Progress Report by March 31 of each PY, and by March 31 following the end of PY 9, as described in this Section 18, providing updates on the State’s performance and activities from the preceding PY, using the most recent data available. i. For Annual Progress Report II due on March 31, 2026, the State must provide updates on the State’s performance and activities that occurred during the Pre- Implementation Period.
