ANNUAL REVIEW AND TERMINATION. 8.1 This Scheme shall operate from the Effective Date in respect of the named Academy. 8.2 This Scheme may be terminated by the Trustees at any time by giving notice in writing to the LGB. 8.3 Notwithstanding this being the first Scheme to apply in respect of the Academy, the Trustees will have the absolute discretion to review this Scheme at least on an annual basis and to alter any provisions of it. 8.4 In considering any material changes to this Scheme or any framework on which it is based, the Trustees will have regard to and give due consideration of any views of the LGB.
