Common use of Anomaly Preparations Clause in Contracts

Anomaly Preparations. The Customer will generate anomaly resolution flow-charts. The Contractor shall assist with the anomaly flow-chart development including defining the probable anomalies and proper recovery actions/sequences. The Contractor shall review Customer anomaly resolution flow-charts for technical, operational, and safety concerns. This task will be on a time and materials basis.
