Common use of Anticipated Transportation Routes Clause in Contracts

Anticipated Transportation Routes. The following transportation routes and/or destinations are anticipated requirements for this Agreement. The following requirements are one way routes from the Facility. Mileage may vary from the table depending on the starting point of the destination. These routes are not all inclusive and should not be limited to the following: A. The COTR will be designated by the Contracting Officer. When and if the COTR duties are reassigned, an administrative modification will be issued to reflect the changes. This designation does not include authority to sign contractual documents or to otherwise commit to, or issue changes, which could affect the price, quantity, or performance of this Agreement. B. Should the Service Provider believe it has received direction that is not within the scope of the agreement; the Service Provider shall not proceed with any portion that is not within the scope of the agreement without first contacting the Contracting Officer. The Service Provider shall continue performance of efforts that are deemed within the scope.
