This is a new Master Agreement for the Lead State and NASPO ValuePoint for all Categories except Category 4, Notification and Credit Monitoring Services; therefore, the only usage data available is for Category 4, Notification and Credit Monitoring Services. The information may be made available as part of a response to a written question (see section 1.3, Question Deadline).
