Common use of Antidumping and Countervailing Measures Clause in Contracts

Nothing in this Agreement shall prejudice or affect in any way the taking, by either Contracting Party of anti-dumping or countervailing measures in accordance with the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994 and the Agreement on Subsides and Countervailing Measures.
