Common use of Antitrust Assignment Clause in Contracts

Antitrust Assignment. By entering into this Contract, the Contractor conveys, sells, assigns and transfers to the State all rights, title and interest in and to all causes of action, claims and demands of whatever nature it may now have or hereafter acquire under the antitrust laws of the United States and the State, relating specifically to that proportionate amount of the particular Goods or Services purchased or acquired by the State under this Contract.

Antitrust Assignment.
