Antitrust Law. Any applicable pre-merger notification provisions of Section 7A of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act shall have been complied with by the parties hereto, and no other statutory or regulatory requirements with respect to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act shall be applicable other than Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and rules and regulations in connection therewith. There shall be no pending or threatened proceedings by the California Attorney General or any other public entity under any applicable antitrust law of the State of California.
