Common use of Any Other Termination Clause in Contracts

Any Other Termination. In the event your employment with the Company terminates for any reason other than by the Company without Cause pursuant to Section 4(b) or by you for Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(c) or by the Company due to your disability or due to your death pursuant to Section 4(e), the Company shall pay you on the first payroll date that follows the date of the termination of your employment the Accrued Compensation. For purposes of this Agreement, “Accrued Compensation” means any base salary earned but not paid through the date of the termination of employment and an amount pertaining to any vacation time accrued for the calendar year but unused as of such date.
