Any Other Termination. In the event a Participant experiences a termination other than as a result of Total and Permanent Disability, death, a Special End of Service or an Involuntary Termination covered by Paragraph 3(d) above, then the RSUs that have not vested in accordance with the vesting schedule reflected in Paragraph 2(a) above shall be forfeited by the Participant to the Company as of the date of such Termination of Service.
