Any Other Termination. If, at any time other than during a Change of Control Period, the Executive’s employment with the Company shall terminate for any reason (other than as described in Section 6(a)) or for no reason, the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement, other than the obligation to pay to the Executive (i) the Executive’s annual base salary through the Date of Termination, (ii) the amount of any compensation previously deferred by the Executive, and (iii) Other Benefits, in each case to the extent theretofore unpaid.
