Common use of AOC’S RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

AOC’S RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The AOC’s Project Manager will have the following responsibilities under this Contract: i. Assign and coordinate of AOC resources in support of the Work; ii. Provide on-going status reports to AOC management and escalate issues for resolution to AOC management; and iii. Review and approval of Contractor’s reports, Deliverables, and invoices for services.

AOC’S RESPONSIBILITIES. A. The AOC’s AOC Project Manager will have the following responsibilities under this Contract: i. Assign roles and coordinate of AOC resources in support of the Work; ii. Provide on-going status reports to AOC management responsibilities: Responsible for managing, scheduling, and escalate coordinating all Project activities, including Project plans, timelines, and resources, and Escalating issues for resolution to AOC management; and iii. Review and approval The following individual shall be the Key Personnel designated to perform the Work of this Agreement: Contractor’s reports, Deliverables, Key Personnel Resume are attached below: Appendix B – Acceptance of the Work and invoices for services.Sign-off Form
