AOL Purchaser. Any person or entity who enters the Affiliated 1-800-Flowers Site from the AOL Network including, without limitation, from any third party area therein (to the extent entry from such third party area is traceable through both Parties' commercially reasonable efforts), and generates Transaction Revenues (regardless of whether such person or entity provides an e-mail address during registration which includes a domain other than an "▇▇▇.▇▇▇" domain).
