Appearance at Final Approval Hearing. Objecting Settlement Class Members may appear at the Final Approval Hearing and be heard. If an objecting Settlement Class Member chooses to appear at the Final Approval Hearing, a notice of intention to appear must be filed with the Court or postmarked no later than the Objection Deadline.
