Common use of Appearances Clause in Contracts

Appearances. Unit operator shall, after notice to other parties affected, have the right to appear for and on behalf of any and all interests affected hereby, before the Commissioner of Public Lands and the Division, and to appeal from orders issued under the regulations of the Commissioner or Division, or to apply for relief from any of said regulations or in any proceedings on its own behalf relative to operations pending before the Commissioner or Division; provided, however, that any other interest party shall also have the right at his own expense to appear and to participate in any such proceedings.
