Common use of Appendix 2 Clause in Contracts

Appendix 2. 4.1 contains a list of the members of the governing bodies of the Holding Companies and the Companies of the Matchmind Group, including their date of appointment, duration of office and distribution. None of the members of the governing bodies of the Holding Companies or the Companies of the Matchmind Group are entitled to any remuneration, even in the event of being relieved of office or retirement.
