Applicability of 2 CFR Part 200. GRANTEE gives assurance and certifies with respect to the Program that use of Emergency Solutions Grant amounts comply with the policies, guidelines, and requirements of 2 CRF Part 200, the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, as they relate to the acceptance and use of Emergency Solutions Grant amounts by states, units or general local government, and private non-profit organizations.
