Applicability of BAA Clause Samples

Applicability of BAA. 4.1 This BAA is applicable to the Cloud Services. 4.2 It is Customer’s obligation to not store or process in the Cloud Services, or provide to iManage for performance of other services, Protected Health Information until this BAA is effective.

Applicability of BAA. This BAA is applicable to Microsoft BAA-Scope Services, FastTrack Services, and Professional Services. Microsoft may, from time to time, (a) include additional Microsoft online services on the Microsoft Trust Center and/or in the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum incorporated into the Agreement or additional FastTrack Services on the FastTrack Center BAA site, and (b) update the definition of Microsoft BAA-Scope Services, FastTrack Services, and Professional Services in this BAA, and such updated definitions will apply to Customer without additional action by Customer. It is Customer’s obligation to not store or process in an online service, or provide to Microsoft for performance of a professional service, protected health information (as that term is defined in 45 CFR § 160.103 of HIPAA) until this BAA is effective as to the applicable service.

Applicability of BAA. This BAA is applicable to only the Services.

Applicability of BAA. This BAA is applicable to Microsoft Online Services and FastTrack Services. Microsoft may, from time to time, (a) include additional Microsoft online services on the Microsoft Trust Center and/or in the “Data Protection Terms” section of the Online Services Terms incorporated into the Agreement or additional FastTrack Services on the FastTrack Center BAA site, and (b) update the definition of Microsoft Online Services and FastTrack Services in this BAA accordingly, and such updated definitions will apply to Customer without additional action by Customer. It is Customer’s obligation to not store or process in an online service, or provide to Microsoft for performance of a professional service, protected health information (as that term is defined in 45 CFR § 160.103 of HIPAA) until this BAA is effective as to the applicable service.

Applicability of BAA. This BAA is applicable to FortaTech Security, LLC Services. FortaTech Security, LLC may, from time to time, update the definition of FortaTech Security, LLC Services, and such updated definitions will apply to Customer without additional action by Customer. It is Customer’s obligation to not store or process in an online service, or provide to FortaTech Security, LLC for performance of a professional service, protected health information (as that term is defined in 45 CFR § 160.103 of HIPAA) until this BAA is effective as to the applicable service.

Applicability of BAA. This BAA is applicable to Microsoft Online Services. Microsoft may, from time to time, update the definition of Microsoft Online Services in this BAA to include additional Microsoft online services. Any such updated definitions will apply to Customer without additional action by Customer. It is Customer’s obligation to not store or process Protected Health Information in a Microsoft online service until this BAA is effective as to the applicable service.

Applicability of BAA. This BAA is applicable to the Service and Technical Services. Abnormal may, from time to time, (a) include additional features in the Service, and (b) update the definition of the Service and Technical Services in this BAA, and such updated definitions will apply to Customer without additional action by Customer. It is Customer’s obligation to not store or process in an online service, or provide to Abnormal for performance of a professional service, protected health information (as that term is defined in 45 CFR § 160.103 of HIPAA) until this BAA is effective as to the applicable service.
