Applicability of Captions. The Parties agree that section headings and captions in this Article are descriptive only and are not intended to change its meaning or intent. Headings and captions used in this Article shall not be used in interpreting the Article. This Section does not change the appli- cability or non-applicability of headings or captions in other Articles.
