Common use of Applicability of ISP and UCP Clause in Contracts

Applicability of ISP and UCP. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Applicable Issuing Party and the applicable L/C Applicant when a Letter of Credit is issued either the rules of the ISP or the UCP at the option of such L/C Applicant shall apply to each Letter of Credit.
