Applicability of Terms and Conditions. 2.1. Access to the Parking Facilities shall only be granted in accordance with these terms and conditions, which form part of each Parking Agreement concluded between the User and Quick Parking. These terms and conditions also apply to (reservations of) other services provided by Quick Parking, including (but not limited to) Valet Parking. 2.2. Parking Agreements are concluded: a. by holdership of a Proof of Parking; b. by means of a reservation; c. by means of using the Parking Facility. In the event of a dispute with regard to whether or not the Parking Facility is being used, the (vehicle of the) User's presence within the Parking Facility or the PMS registration shall be the decisive factor.
