Common use of Applicability to Third Persons Clause in Contracts

Applicability to Third Persons. The Partner shall apply requirements set forth herein to entities and sole proprietors engaged by the Partner under contracts with Unilever. In this agreement, “Partner’s employees” mean, among others, employees of third parties and subcontractors engaged by the Partner to perform obligations under a contract(s) made with Unilever.
