Applicable Approvals. The Concessionaire shall obtain and maintain the Applicable Approvals in such sequence as is consistent with the requirements of the Project. The Concessionaire shall be responsible and shall be in compliance with the terms and conditions subject to which Applicable Approvals have been issued.
