Applicable Codes and Standards Sample Clauses

The "Applicable Codes and Standards" clause defines which laws, regulations, and industry standards must be followed in the execution of a contract or project. It typically lists specific codes, such as building codes, safety standards, or environmental regulations, that all parties must adhere to during the work. By clearly identifying these requirements, the clause ensures that the work meets legal and professional benchmarks, reducing the risk of non-compliance and disputes over quality or safety expectations.
