Applicable Credit Clause Samples

Applicable Credit. For each month in which Global Crossing fails to achieve the guaranteed availability set out in section 7.2.1 above for a Managed Device, the Customer shall, upon written request to Global Crossing, receive a credit equal to ten per cent (10%) of the Monthly Recurring Charge for that Managed Device. The credit shall be applied to the next following invoice for that Managed Device.
