Common use of Applicable Deductions and Withholdings Clause in Contracts

Applicable Deductions and Withholdings. The payments and benefits set forth in this Agreement are subject to all applicable statutory deductions and withholdings including, without limitation: (a) all federal, provincial, local and other taxes as may be required pursuant to any law or governmental regulation or ruling, and (b) any deductions consented to in writing by the Executive.
