Applicable Interest. The maximum number of Units purchasable under the Option shall be equal to one-half of the amount by which the number of Units owned by the Contributing Partner exceeds the number of Units owned by the Non-Contributing Partner; provided, however, in no event shall the number of Units purchasable under the Option exceed the number of Units which, if multiplied by the Contributing Partner's Contribution Per Unit, would equal $1,250,000.
