Applicable Law and Rules. The arbitration will be governed by and conducted under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq. (the “FAA”) and not under the arbitration laws of any state. Except as specifically modified below, the arbitration shall be conducted and administered by the Judicial Mediation and Arbitration Service (JAMS) under its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures as in effect from time to time. The arbitration will be conducted by means of remote video communication and not at a physical location unless the parties otherwise agree.
