Common use of Applicable Laws and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Applicable Laws and Agreements. Contractor shall comply, and shall cause all Subcontractors to comply with all Laws (as that terms is defined in Section 1.18 of the General Conditions) now existing or hereinafter in effect. Each and every provision required by Laws to be inserted in this Agreement shall be deemed to be inserted herein, and the Agreement shall be read and enforced as though it were included herein. In no event shall the failure to so insert such provision into this Agreement prevent the enforcement of same or relieve Contractor of its obligation to fully comply with the same. This Agreement shall not be construed as requiring Owner to be responsible for monitoring Contractor’s compliance with any Laws.
