APPLICABLE LAWS AND COURTS. This contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and any litigation with respect thereto shall be brought in the courts of the Commonwealth. The Local Lead Agency shall comply with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to Part C participation.
