APPLICABLE LAWS AND COURTS. This contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without reference to its choice of law rules. Any litigation involving a Virginia public body shall be brought in the Circuit Court for the City of Richmond. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
