Common use of Applicable Limit Clause in Contracts

Applicable Limit. For any Option, an amount of cash equal to the Applicable Percentage multiplied by the excess of (i) the aggregate of (A) the amount of cash, if any, paid to the Holder of the related Convertible Note upon conversion of such Convertible Note and (B) the number of Shares, if any, delivered to the Holder of the related Convertible Note upon conversion of such Convertible Note multiplied by the Applicable Limit Price on the Settlement Date for such Option, over (ii) USD 1,000. Applicable Limit Price: On any day, the opening price as displayed under the heading “Op” on Bloomberg page QTWO <equity> (or any successor thereto).
