Common use of Applicable Parties Clause in Contracts

Applicable Parties. Unless otherwise specifically defined differently herein, references herein to "WorldCom" and "Will▇▇▇▇" ▇▇ll be deemed to include such parties and all parties previously, currently or in the future Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with such party. For purposes of this Agreement, "CONTROL", whether used as a noun or a verb, means to have the power, directly or indirectly, to cause the direction of the management or policies of another party, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract, agency or otherwise.
