Applicable Rules, Regulations, and Policies. a. LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO COMMERCIAL CANNABIS ACTIVITIES. Operator shall comply fully with all existing and future State and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to Operator’s Business on the Property, including but not limited to IBMC Chapter 4.60, and shall ensure such compliance by all of Operator’s employees, contractors, vendors and members of the public invited or allowed access to the Property. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as the City authorizing or condoning any actions that violate federal, state or local law with respect to the Business or the Property. It shall be the responsibility of Operator to ensure that the Business is, at all times, operating in a manner compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, including for as long as applicable, all state laws, any subsequently enacted state or local law or regulatory, licensing, or certification standards or requirements, and any specific, additional operating procedures or requirements which may be imposed as conditions of approval of a state license or of an RSP.
