Applicable to all Regions. (i) Employees unable to work due to legitimate illness, material shortage, job-site conditions, or inclement weather shall receive their board and room or daily allowance. (ii) All camps must meet the specifications as negotiated by Alberta Provincial Building Trades Council and Alberta Construction Labour Relations Association 1990 - 1999 camp rules and regulations. (iii) All grievances concerning a camp will be resolved through the grievance procedure provided in the A.B.T.C. / C.L.R.A. Camp Rules and Regulations.
