Applicant’s Priorities. When Applicant has multiple applications on file within a single SWBT construction district, Applicant shall, at SWBT’s request, designate its desired priority of completion of pre-license surveys, facilities modifications, capacity expansions, and make-ready work with respect to all such applications.
