Common use of Application for Advance Clause in Contracts

Application for Advance. The term “Application for Advance” shall mean a written application by Borrower (and such other parties as Lender may require) to Lender utilizing (i) the Draw Request form, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B-1”, (ii) the Draw Request Certification to be signed by Borrower, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B-2”, (iii) the American Institute of Architects’ Forms G-702 and G-703, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit “B-3” and (iv) the Contractor Draw Request Certification to be signed by the Contractor, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B-4” and if requested by Lender, a Contractor’s Affidavit of Bills Paid described in Section 2.05(b), all accompanied by such schedules, certificates, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills, and other documents as Lender may reasonably request.
