Common use of Application for Advance Clause in Contracts

Application for Advance. The term "Application for Advance" shall mean a written application on Lender's prescribed form, a copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule 2.11(b), certified by Borrower and Architect addressed to Lender specifying by name, current address, and amount all parties to whom Borrower is obligated for labor, materials, or services supplied for the construction of the Improvements and all other expenses incident to the Loan, the Property, and the construction of the Improvements, whether or not specified in the Approved Budget, requesting an Advance for the payment of such items, accompanied by such schedules, affidavits, releases, waivers, statements, invoices, bills, and other documents as Lender may reasonably request.
