Common use of Application for Coverage Clause in Contracts

Application for Coverage. The Agreement covers the following Unions if FWA notes in accordance with section 201(2) of the Act that the Agreement covers:  The Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU)  The National Tertiary Education Industry Union (NTEU)  The Australian Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers’ Union (LHMU)  The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (AMWU).

Application for Coverage. The Agreement covers the following Unions if FWA FWCA notes in accordance with section 201(2) of the Act that the Agreement covers:  The Community and • Public Sector Union Service Association of NSW (CPSUPSA)  • The National Tertiary Education Industry Union (NTEU)  • The Australian Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers’ Union (LHMULHMUUnited Voice)  • The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (AMWU).
