Sub-clause 14.3 in the first sentence the wording "at the end of each month" shell be replaced with the wording "no later than 5th of the month for the previous month and not more frequent than once in a month". At the end of the Sub-clause 14.3 the following paragraph is added: "The Employer is obliged to ensure a certified tax confirmation before issuance of the monthly payment certificate, applying the procedure for VAT exemption, according to the Law on value added tax, ('Official Gazette of RS', Nos 84/04, 86/04 - correction, 61/05, 61/07, 93/12, 108/13, 68/14 - law, 142/14, 83/15, 108/16) and the Rulebook on ways and procedure for tax exemption of VAT with the right to exempt the previous tax (Official Gazette of RS, Nos 120/12, 40/15, 82/15, 86/15, 11/16, 21/17)"
