Application for Reinstatement. The employee shall be required to make written application to the Board of Directors, through the Superintendent, for reinstatement. This application must be made no later than April 1st for those requesting reinstatement for the following school year. This application must be accompanied by a written statement from a licensed physician concurring that the employee is no longer disabled.
