Application for Services Sample Clauses
The "Application for Services" clause defines the process by which a party requests to receive specific services under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the required steps for submitting an application, such as providing necessary information, documentation, or meeting eligibility criteria. For example, a customer may need to fill out a form or agree to certain terms before the service provider initiates the requested services.
