Common use of Application guideline Clause in Contracts

Application guideline. The morning work compensation is paid when the worker's shift starts at midnight or after it. If a worker in shift work works for more than 8 hours a working day, they will be paid for the hours exceeding the said number of hours in accordance with Section 16 of this agreement, increased by the shift work bonus in accordance with the shift during which they have worked. However, when the worker's shift starts at 2 p.m. or after, an evening work compensation is paid from the beginning of the shift.
