Common use of Application Law Clause in Contracts

Application Law. 27.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA exclusive of any provisions of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods and without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The parties submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The parties hereto expressly waive any right they may have to a jury trial and agree that any proceedings under this Agreement shall be tried by a judge without a jury.
