Common use of Application of Advances Clause in Contracts

Application of Advances. Lessee will apply each payment of Funded Amount against amounts due and payable for construction of the Approved Project or obligations in connection therewith as set forth in each Request. Nothing contained in this Agreement will impose upon Lessor any obligation to see to the proper application of the advances by Lessee or any other party.

Application of Advances. Lessee will apply or, in the case of the Approved Project completed as of the Amended Lease Release Date, has applied each payment of Funded Amount against amounts due and payable for construction of the Approved Project or obligations in connection therewith as set forth in each Request. Nothing contained in this Agreement will impose upon Lessor any obligation to see to the proper application of the advances by Lessee or any other party.
